Draft: Poured a cloudy light amber color ale with a very generous head with good retention. Aroma of coriander with floral hay notes is quite tasty. Taste is also dominated by light coriander notes with light floral notes and some medium sweet malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting even though this beer was served way too carbonated.
