Had 05/04/16 from the source on tap.
Pours a deep brown with slight haziness, low to moderate carbonation. 1 finger ring of head, dissipates fairly quickly.

Aroma of figs, raisins, and brown sugar.

Taste had similar qualities to aroma with a light floral or soft earthy bittering hop. Malt flavor had plenty of melanoidins, led me to believe this beer used a decoction mash. A lot of hard work and love went into this beer.

Finished with a malt dominated, viscousness, moderate to full bodied, light to moderate carbonation. No alcohol fusel, slightest bit of warmth.

Where can I buy a bottle? Sorry, only kegged. My loss. Great example of a proper dubbel.
