Pours a clearish orange-gold with a couple fingers of whitish head that settles to nothing with lots of webbed lacing. The smell and taste are very slightly tart with a stron yeast character to it. Flat pepper character with spicy yeast and spicy Euro-tasting hops. Overall it is pretty bready with a little bit of a hard water taste to it. It has crisp, lively carbonation and feels fairly thin with a light-medium body.
I found it to be good but definitely not great. Something about the thick, warm yeast with the spicy hops was a tad off-putting to me, but it is a solidly made beer IMO. I don't know that I would actively seek it out again, but it certainly didn't turn me off to their beers or anything like that.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
