nice red Color, scant head. big Raspberry nose. Taste is a bit more muted, but mild balsamic and wood. It lacks a bit of body and is a touch watery.

This is a really nice beer. Tart, almost sour with a big oaky profile and a subtle but definitely present fruit compliment that almost seemed more like cherry than raspberry. Dry mouth feel with a slight jammy fruit profile form the fruit.

Quite sweet. Whether the raspberry or something else, there is a big sweet component alongside the sour. Lots of oak and raspberry, some balsamic vinegar flavour. Too fizzy. Ok, but not a winner.
