This is not the regular Troy: this is refermented with Brett Bruxellensis. First glass from the first keg being reviewed:
A: Typical dark, with a foamy off-white two-finger head. Slight retention.
S: Wafts a well balanced blend of fruit, funk, and mild roast. Solid nose.
T: Fruity stout quality up front with a mildly acidic finish.
M: Carbed more like a dark saison that a stout. Sharp effervescence.
O: quite refreshing and I look forward to this being brewed again... I say with hope as this is my most local craft bar!
