This is not the bottle version but the Brewpub-only version. Light colour with a foamy head. Funky yeast aroma. Light mouthfeel. Taste of sourness and dust mites, and citrus. I would think infected batch? But I have said that about other wheaty beers as well.

A - A semi-cloudy light reddish brown with a nice lofty white head which endures, with some visible carbonation.
S - Lots of Belgian yeasts in the nose along with the floral scent of hops. There is also some delightful mustiness present.
T - The recognizably Belgian mark left by the yeast is strong, giving this beer a sour and acidic tone. Hops follow after with the sweet caramel taste of malt finishing it up. This beer tastes similar to their saison, yet carries a hefty amount of hops without being overly bitter.
M - Very clean feeling, neither thick nor thin with just the proper amount of carbonation, and very little aftertaste even when warmed.
D - This beer is perhaps a little too sour and complex to have many of, but it is a treat to be sure.
