On tap @ Benelux in Montreal, Quebec on 5/31/2013.
Deep orange in color with a fluffy, two-finger head. Strong citrus and floral hop aroma with a nice bready malt backbone. The hops prevailed in the flavor but there was good balance between the malt and the hops. Good carbonation and a bitter finish. I found this to be a really enjoyable IPA in a location where they are few and far between. Strong enough to satisfy any hophead's craving. I would definitely have this again.

enjoyed at the brewpub. A little head, very good bitterness, like an understated IPA. C hop aroma. Soft on the tongue, served just right at just a bit cold and soft carbonation. Sweet fruity drop. Good drinkability.A good example of a pale, and a good bitter with food

Draft: Poured a light clear copper color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention. Aroma consists of well balanced West Coast hops provide bitter and lightly citrus notes. Taste is a refreshing mix between some lightly citrus notes with bitter hops and a light caramel malt base. Very refreshing with hops balance providing for great drinkability factor. This is one I wouldn't mind having again.

Poured a medium copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a citric resinous hop, a light doughy malt and some pine.
The taste consisted of an upfront juicy citrus hop with some pine and white pepper. The malt was moderately doughy.
The mouthfeel was of in the average range, but maybe a touch on the thin side.
Overall a tasty and easy to drink APA. A rare hoppy find in Montreal.

Moderate head that settles to a single bubble layer, but it leaves no lace on the glass. The color is a golden amber with a small amount of chill haze.
The nose is mostly fresh hop and some yeast.
Strong hop component to this beer without being extreme. There is a solid malt base. The body is thinner than I'd like for the style. There's a slight oiliness to the mouth, although it is not very high in alcohol.
