Poured a light amber hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured ginger, allspice and cinnamon.
The taste consisted of upfront spicy ginger and cinnamon - essentially liquid ginger bread.
The mouthfeel was of average fullness for the style.
Overall a tasty and appropriate beer for the frigid Montreal day on which it was enjoyed.
