Draft: Poured a clear light golden color pilsner with a small pure foamy head light lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet cereal notes with some light hoppy notes also discernable. Taste is also a well balance and refreshing mix between some lightly sweet cereal notes with a subtle dry hoppy finish with nice floral aroma. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed and refreshing. Something I would like to have more often.

On-tap at Mondiale 2010, Day One. A little musty smell, cheesy smell, Saaz hops. Golden yellow with lots of lace. Lighter mouthfeel. Not very drinkable, clean but boring, near-macro.Appropriate carbonation, slight bitterness. rather disapointing for this brewpub.
