Tap (Hivernale): Poured a clear golden color beer with a nice pure white foamy head. Aroma of corn, menthol and dry Brett notes is quite singular. Taste is also a weird mix between some light corn and menthol notes with some dry hoppy notes and a dry Brett finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting experiment though not sure I would seek this out again.
