Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice slightly hazy honey hue with a two finger white head that fades to leave sticky lacing and a nice creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of nice lightly bubblegum hops, nice citrus, good light malts.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, nice lightly sweet malts, good pine and citrus peel. Finish is lingering bitterness. Little tutti fruity flavour and bubblegum notes. Really enjoyable.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, good body, really drinkable with a nice bitter finish.
O - Overall this was a very solid ipa. Good light bitterness and hop flavour. Quite nice!

Really delicious, citrusy, slightly resinous, unfiltered hop bomb.
This is a fine looking beer in the glass with a decent little white head that is not super big and scummy honeycomb-like lacing. The aromas are fairly pronounced with lots of grapefruit, tropical fruits, some pine sap, and a light cracker backbone. The flavor follows suit but the citrus pith character comes through far more. Tastes like a big messy glass of random juices filtered through pine boughs. There is a little bit of oily shellac feeling from the hops, but it is otherwise quite drinkable. My wife even liked it. Medium body, medium carbonation, lingering finish, very juicy. Excellent beer.
When I tried it they also had it on cask dry-hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe. Anyway, the cask version was far sappier, far more bitter, and, IMO, less drinkable. Either way a fine beer all around and among the best IPAs I have tried from Benelux.
Would absolutely get it again; well worth ordering if it's on tap while you're there.

Big head and foam, pours a deep hazy yellow colour. Smell of citrus, tropical fruits, honey. There's some sweetness in the palate. Taste of peaches, caramel, fruits.

341ml bottle. Nonic glass. -ripe fruit intense aromas fly at the moment cap is removed. Orangish color, cloudy appearance. Off-white foam shows fairly good retention & lasts as a thin layer on top. Intense caramel, mild toasted, herbs, mango & brown sugar aromas rounded by citric perfume on the back & a very kind –no bothering- blue cheese notes. Sweet toasted & caramelish upfront. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Dense texture & spicy touch. Gentle bitterness & ripe fruit flavors arise in the middle & linger in a long sweet/bitter finish. Slightly dried aftertaste. Delicious & easy drinkable. Comment: Good job since it´s so difficult getting a balanced one where biscuit notes keep their character despite its fruity-hoppy tendency . Nice AIPA one that shows DIPA soul. As it warms, pine nectar & resins memories.

Poured into a large wine glass. Best before date of 10/13, so ideally I would have drank it sooner, but seems to have retained quite a bit of hops still.
A: Cloudy, golden honey coloured, lots of head on aggressive pour, nice, white and frothy. Sits around on the surface for most of the duration, some lacing...
S: Lots of hop aroma on the nose, some citrus and tropical fruits, but I find it more leaning towards pine and grassy notes. Some slight sweet undertones.
T: Really hop forward and all through the beer. More grass/pine, light fruit up front, lightly sweet body underneath, followed by quite bitter, grapefruit rind finish, and quite bitter aftertaste that lingers.
M: Overall, nicely balanced, medium body, but quite carbonated straight upon opening, which does die down to a medium fizz. Slightly oily resinous, but not overly dry for the apparently amount of hops.
O: A really solid IPA offering from Benelux here, nicely balanced, very hoppy with just enough sweetness and carbonation to counteract it... though at first I found it a bit too carbonated which would be my only real complaint. I think one of the best hoppy-bitter IPA's found in Quebec, though unfortunately only as a limited release. If you got to try this one, I hope you enjoyed it, and if you didn't, I guess you can hope they revisit this one, it's worth the try.

Poured from a 500ml. bottle, best before 10/13.
Appearance: Liquid honey in a glass, 3-4 fingers worth of fluffy head stays solidly in place. Chunks slathered on the sides.
Smell: Mango hits me first, sweet, bit of spiciness, sweet fruit aroma.
Taste: Instant hop hit, spiciness a bit, good pine, raw fruit, sweet fruit syrup, mangoes, a bit bready.
Mouthfeel: Aggressive yet balanced if that's possible? Very robust body yet not heavy.
Overall: A solid IPA. Quebec is slowly starting to catch up in the IPA race.
