Color - mahogany. Medium creamy head over a slightly hazy liquid. Appetizing smell - dried fruit with nuts and fresh rye bread. Taste is rather disappointing, thin and bland, with very faint hoppy note. Finish is malty-bitter and aftertaste acidic, but all this acidity seems artificial.
Probably worth a try, but note that Porteris, the Big Brother of this dark lager, is much better.
