As the name says, it is a non-pasteurised version of Luksus beer - just (Aug 2008) noticed it in the shop, must be quite new beer.
Colour is unexpectedly very clear pale golden. Head is quite thick and does not disappear too fast, lacing good as well. Aroma is very strong and pleasant grainy malt with noble hops, it certainly is much better than of the pasteurised classic version.
Score goes down with the first sip - sharp and almost unpleasant soury bitterness at first with semi-sweet grain. Sometimes it felt there was some soap involved as well. On the other hand - aftertaste is bittery mild and very pleasant. Mouthfeel is light/medium.
No idea about this one - smell and apperance are great, but when it comes down to taste it is rather disappointing. I will need to try a few more...
