A- This brew pours a clear golden color with orange hues and perhaps some brown/copper tinges lingering in the background. The head is amazing with very little pour needed to get a two finger plus foamy layer over the brew! The coloration of the foam is just off white....eggshell colored with vanilla extract and the retention is superb as well....very impressive! After the pour, there is yeast/chill hazing....perhaps from the unfiltered nature......pumpkin pulp perhaps?? Carbonation is hard to see now and the lacing is modest to medium....chunks of foam cling stubbornly to the side of the glass.
S- There is a huge assortment of aromas on this one.....huge presence of fresh pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, apple sauce sweetness, even some citrus (orange) zest happening! There is a caramalized malt character, perhaps some mild ginger spice and yeasty pie crust smell....the finish lingers and wafts aggressively into my nostrils....again....impressive!
T- Ok, the flavors are much much more mild than the aromas let on, however, the presence of pumpkin gourd is quite noticeable and the malt shows up as opposed to the smells. Slightly astringent, slightly spicy (cinnamon/peppery), this has a very nice and unique natural flavor that is caramelized, and the finish lingers ever so slightly but not in a hopped manner.
M/O- Super effervescent and light to medium bodied, this is like a pumpkin champagne like mouthfeel on the palate. It doesn't offend in the slightest, however, I wish the flavors were a little more intense than the aromas let on. With this said, I still feel this is highly drinkable and would pair very well with a fresh piece of pumpkin pie! Decent job!

Pours a cloudy orange with a white lacing.
Aroma is of pumpkin pie, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cardamom.
Tastes of bitter pumpkin, light citrus, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Medium body with a light carbonation on the tongue.
A nice pumpkin ale with a great aroma and decent body, but a little banal in the flavor which holds it back. Otherwise would have been great, but the taste is just average.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub in Niagara Falls. Pours orange cinammon colour, with virtually no head. Aroma is nutmeg and other spices, with pumpkin secondary. Above average mouthfeel. Understated carbonation. This is the last tapped of it, and it was tasty and sweet. I was getting some brown sugar and even maple syrup sweetness, though the latter was denied as being used. Very decent for style.
