Poured 12oz can into snifter. Deep dark golden color with a 2 finger white head and some nice lacing on the glass. Definitely Mosaic hops with a heavy does of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and tropical, dank notes. Taste follows the aromas and offers a bounty of tropical flavors along with some sweet malt notes. Nice and clean with moderate carbonation and a dry finish. The Mosaic hops worked very well in the Hopalicious APA.
