12 oz can dated 02/02/21, drank 10/2/21. (8 months old)
Look is dark black, tan head. Smell is of burnt roasted coffee. Taste of malty, roasted earthy coffee. Feel is a bit thin, but at 5.2%, wow is this a great stout. The 12oz can format adds to its appeal. Would buy this regularly if I had access.

12oz can
date stamped 122920
L: black body; foamy brown head
S: roasted grain, chocolate, anise, earthy hops
T: roast & char, dark baker’s chocolate, spicy anise at the back of the throat, caramel, nutty grain, earthy hops
F: medium body, creamy & smooth, moderate carbonation, ashy charred finish
O: this is a stout. No sense putting the gimmicky “session” in front of it
