pours a dark brown with a red tint, small tan bubbly head, and some lacing.
smell is faint, some cocoa, some coffee, a hint of roasted nuts, some malt in the back.
taste is watery, sour malt, light cocoa, weak coffee, not much of an ending, very thin, and not much of a taste.

Nice roasted aroma very consistent for the style though the flavor is somewhat less robust. Body is undercarbonated and unflinchingly brown while the taste is woody with relaxed malty sweetness and friendly parameters. The finish takes a slight turn towards nut brown territory with a drab, lingering aftertaste.
