Served in straight pint glass. Poured a slightly hazy, orangeish amber with about a half inch of of off-white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma had a nice malty base, with some nice pine hops floating on top. The flavors were a bit more hop forward, pine and some citrus mostly, with a good malt foundation.
The body was just a step fuller than typical. Drinkability was pretty good, I would have had a second pint, but my cab showed up first.
Overall, a decent example of the style. Worth trying if you see it.
