This special treat is a blend of our Drink This White IPA aged in an American Oak Pinot Noire wine barrel with Point Defiance IPA aged in a Dry Fly Wheat Whiskey barrel, and we've added a fresh taste of Pineapple. Both beers were aged for a combination of 12 months and then blended. Dry, Funky, and Fruity with a little hop character holding on at the finish.

Bourbon forward. Smells a bit funky, not in a bad way, kind of like soured pineapple. Does not taste like an ipa. Would drink again. Nice job, Harmon.
