I assume this is the evolution of the Killer Brew No. 9 listed here. On tap at their brewpub, served in a shaker pint, Killer Brew is a very murky, pale brownish orange gold with a small off white collar and that leaves very light lace. Nice glow to it.
Smell is a little bit of toffee and butterscotch diacetyl, but very muted, even as it warmed from the colder serving temp.
Taste is similar to the nose, toffee maltiness, grainy wheat, bready, caramel with a slight sweetness. Somewhere between an APWA and a dunkelweizen, with a clean, crisp finish.
Mouthfeel is crisp, with medium carbonation and body.
Drinkability is pretty good, a nice refreshing crispness from the wheat, but it has a generic, malty house taste that was very similar across all three Harmon brews I had on this visit, which makes the whole experience a bit boring.
