can I be America? Can I go to the gun show, then buy beer and cigars and top it off with a blue cheese burger dripping in grease sitting next to an unassuming micro brew? yes, yes I can.
The seasonal tap at Harmon when I went this weekend, it poured a nice hazy yellow, pleasant but headless in a strait pint glass. Aroma is distant, the glass and the pour and the minimal carb are not helping it. Taste is poor, perhaps the sweetest maibock I have ever experienced. I was expecting a sweeter but refreshing brew and got a banana bomb sugar monster. There was a pretty hefty acetaldehyde twang as well.
I powered through the beer, but with a meal I had planned on having a few pints with, I ended up finishing with water to clean out the pipes.
I wouldn't order it again, it was not an enjoyable beer.

A new release from Harmon, sampled at Jakes Bar and Bistro. I believe the name is "Get Off Mai BocK" but can not be certain
A: Poured a golden yellow color with good carbonation
S: Nice hops, grass
T: Grassy, dash of hops, wheat, grain and tasty
M: Nice and crisp, light malts, crisp, refreshing, lighter bodied
D: Yup. I would drink again on a nice May afternoon or any other time
