Filled my growler and enjoyed a few pints at home on 6/2/12.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy light orange with about one finger of head that receded to a rim. Spotty lacing.

Smell: Big citrus aromas jumping out of the glass. Smells like a substantial citrus, fruity hop bill and a nice grainy backbone.

Taste: Soft citrus hop flavors initially and then a big grainy malt bill that balances out. Finishes with a pleasant dry, lingering bitterness that sits on the tongue.

Mouthfeel: Average carbonation and medium-bodied. Didn't taste the alcohol.

Overall: My favorite Harmon beer thus far. Malt bill is big, but still not overpowering as to diminish the hops character.

A: Poured a cloudy glowing orangish color with good carbonation leaving a small white cap, bubbles and light lacing on the glass

S: Big orange peel, grapefruit with a light melon presence and pretty damn good

T: A big dose of grapefruit, orange peel upfront which then transitions to a nice subtle melon/ropical fruit flavor. The grapefruit and orange peel persist from start to finish, midbody the IBUs pickup leavng some nice hop bite, some booze and citrus. The finish has mild hop bite backed up with a chewy malt bill. Very balanced and tasty.

M: Medium bodied, again citrus and IBU shine on the body. Well carbonated.

O: A nicely crafted IPA. Falconers, Citra, Zythos and Palisades . Nice hop profile. This is perhaps one of Harmon's finest IPAs.
