The colour is dark amber; the two finger head is beige.
The smell is sweet with fresh American citric notes (lime?),
The taste is clean and fresh with fresh hoppy notes. Apricots/pineapples/grapefruits/green grapes, some bullion and a touch of yeast. Toffee and some fruit candy. Medium body. The aftertaste is hoppy and with some sour notes and a solid bitterness. Some sweetness.
The carbonation is strong with lost of medium sized fresh bubbles. The liquid is quite light.
A fine and drinkable APA, but the sweetness and bitterness don't really stick together as they feel separated in the mouth. A positive note though: It is not as unclean and vapid as the Öland beers used to be.
