A: Pours burgundy with an off-white, large, long-lasting creamy (almost soapy) head that leaves great lacings when it dissipates.
S: Lots of American floral hoppyness, citric notes and some pine. Some light roasted malt with faint sweetness.
T: Bitterhops together with floral ones (gives nice citric notes), almost nothing else in the taste. Faint malt.
M: The aftertaste is really bitter and long-lasting. The body is medium and the carbonation is medium.
D: At Ölands Gårdsbryggeri they sure aren't afraid to experiment with hops. Really interesting. I can't wait till I get my hands on another beer from Öland.
