A classic NW style IPA, Hop Diggidy has a smooth pale malt background and a full round hop profile. Dry hopping insures an aromatic and lasting hop finish. Our best selling ale.

Solid orange appearance, 1/2" off white head. Aroma was bitter and woodsy.
Taste dropped old school pine and grapefruit like citrus notes with ample bitterness. Relative dry finish, I don't think there was much, if any crystal malt in this one.
Does nothing bad, does everything better than average.

I initially had this in a 22 oz bomber, poured into a glass. It was fine, definitely worth having again, but nothing extra special in today's world of multiple choices.
Then while on a mini-vacation on the Olympic peninsula, I saw it on the brew list at Michael's restaurant in Port Angeles. So, I ordered it, and man it tasted so great with my steak dinner. Perhaps it was fresher on tap, perhaps it was the environment of a very neat dining establishment, but either way, I am impressed with this offering. :^)

Great mouthfeel and great taste. To compete with the big boys, this needs a higher ABV.
