A: Poured a golden orange color with good carbonation and a small white head
S: Lots of pine, hints of pineapple and caramel
T: Starts out with pine, some juicy fruit, pineapple, citrus and loads of caramel.
M: Sordove a mixed bag here. Like it was off and on. Caramel malts really tend to mask alot of the hops, some very light hop bite on the end. Sordove a muddy taste.
D: Pretty good

This beer has been made on an irregular basis in the past, but is going to be made more regularly going forward. Served in straight pint glass. The beer poured a semi-cloudy gold-amber color with a thin cap of slightly off-white head that had good retention and OK lacing.
The beer had a very hop forward aroma, much grapefruit in the scent. The flavor was also citrus hop dominated, but a touch sweeter than the aroma led me to expect, with a nicely dry finish.
The body and drinkability were both typical for the style. Overall, a solid ImpIPA. Worth trying when you see it.
