Served in tulip. Poured a cloudy orange-amber color with about a half-inch of off-white head that had good retention and lacing.

The aroma was mostly a nice blend of pine and citrus hops, with just a bit of malt for a foundation and a hint of a yeasty funk. The taste had the same hop aspects and the malt had a bit more of a presence, which served to even out the hop sharpness. That yeast/funk thing had a bit of a larger role as well.

The body was good, perhaps a touch fuller than typical, and the slightly sweet finish lingered a slight bit. Drinkability was good, although your taste towards that yeast will be a factor. Overall, a bit of different take on the style, an interesting brew. Worth trying if you see it.
