Named after the two heavyweight hops that battle it out in this brew (Summit and Mosaic), $UMO will wrestle your taste buds with a flavour combo of tropical fruit, dank herbs and weighty bitterness. Other beers may enter the ring but $UMO will be the last brew standing.

Looks like cloudy apple juice, smells ominously like a ballsack, but the taste and feel more than redeem it, with bittersweet hoppy apple and herby caramel, with a dry finish.

L: Hazy, pale yellow/orange with a thin, fluffy head that leaves a few spots of lacing.
S: Big aroma of mango and lychee.
T: Rich mango, papaya & grapefruit flavours. Overripe, not quite dank. Bitterness is moderate.
F: Medium body, very dry.
O: Tropical fruit hop bomb (in style of AIPA). For such a low ABV, this is surprisingly heavy & thick, rich & earthy.
