Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a finger of white head that slowly reduces to a cap and leaves a ton of lacing
Aromas of melon, pineapple, citrusy hops
Taste starts off tropical, still lots of melon before turning bitter hoppy
Champagne like is right. Very spritzy and medium bodied, goes down smooth
My first for the style, but not as extreme as I hoped. Still really good

Blue Fish pours a hazy, bright golden color, with a small, but long lasting, and lacing head. Earthy aroma. Flavor is very earthy, bitter, has a nice dry finish though. Good body and feel. Overall, a very earthy, malt forward IPA.

Hazy gold color. White medium lingering collar with carbonation and lacing. Mild hoppy aroma, stringer hoppy taste.

This beer pours a slightly cloudy pale amber color with a moderate white head. There is a nice fresh sweet hoppy aroma. This beer is very dry with a citrus and hoppy flavor. It has a nice level of bitterness

The appearance is a slightly foggy golden-yellow under a modest fading whit head.
The aroma is floral, herbal, and some citrus with a cereal grain under body.
Light to medium body.
More fruity and citrus notes in the taste leading up to a moderately dry and clean finish. Refreshing in a way. Easy drinking.
