IPA? not in the traditional sense, at least not what I thought but very good. Light amber, head went away some and only scattered spotting of lace was evident. Nice sharp hop aroma evident. Spicy citrusy hop on the palate yet still very smooth, well balanced too. refreshing and very drinkable. Enjoyed at the wondrous Forest Gate Inn in Epping
