Cask. Clear dark amber with a medium thick creamy head. Sparkler used. Lacing maintained to the bottom of the glass.
Balanced aroma of hops and malt.
Tastes of toffee raisin bar with medium bitter hops. A light pepper spice is indicated.
Vibrant cask carbonation. Moderate body.
A nice autumnal EB.
