Poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a dark yellow color with a small finger's worth of white foamy head. This fell off at a decent pace leaving adequate lace.
The aroma had some sweet barley, lemon, wet paper, moldy peppercorn, and a touch of dark bread.
The flavor tried to portray some sort of sweetness yet also that peppercorn tried to bring in a slight spiciness in a sort of 'dull/bland' sort of way. Aftertaste was that dull/bland moldy peppercorn with some lemon and wet paper.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied. Not much sessionability to this one, there seems to be some issues arising with this beer and the more I sipped the more I noticed some oddities even in the feel. Hard to finish, but I did and don't see myself coming back to this one.

Deep hazy dark straw color with a gorgeous cloud of yeast. Light creamy and bubbly white 2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with decent legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of butter, pineapples, orange, lemon, peppercorn, sweet barley, wheat, floral and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, dominantly tropical and leafy tongue coat, with a slightly dry hopped feel. Good balance and freshness. Nicely bodied. Overall very good quality craft.

A-.Cloudy yellow with white head that lingers, decent amount of lacing
S-I was really hoping for much bolder aroma, as strange as it sounds I kind of get a vegetal onion type pungency...
M-Bodies later than I would’ve expected with carbonation on the higher end.
T-This week character that starts this beer off quickly fades to a strong bitterness
O- The higher alcohol matched with the intensity of bitterness makes for a heavy hitter that is lacking a sweet balance, as well as a hop aroma component.

Bottle: Poured a nice orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and grassy notes are pretty enticing. Taste is dominated by dry grassy hoppy notes with some citrusy notes and light residual sugar notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable IPA with nice hops flavours and well balanced bitterness.

A:
Pours a clearish golden honey with three fingers of thick, scummy beige head that slowly drops to a thick, rocky cap. Excellent retention; tons of gloppy lacing. (4.25)
S:
Dank citrus pith. Orange, sweet bread, weed, lemon zest, herbs. (3.75)
T:
Piney and slightly citric. Sweet citrus, resinous pine, thick bready malt backbone, medicinal finish. (4)
M:
Dry with medium carbonation and a medium body, drinks good with a lingering resinous finish. (4)
O:
Very good IPA that is well-balanced between fruity and piney.
It is a beauty in the glass. The nose has suffered a little with age, but is still pretty stanky and bright. The flavor is much more resinous and dry than the nose lets on. Drinks well and is very enjoyable overall. This one was a little old, but I was amazed with how well it held up. Obviously it was a little muted but it was still very bright and piney. I am pretty confident that I would score it a notch higher on overall and maybe on smell if it were fresh, but I don't know for sure.
Would have again; worth a try if you see it. (3.75)

Really pale in color with an immense foamy head. A little bit cloudy. Big hoppy smell, some orange and citrus can be perceived. Really hoppy in the mouth too, nice bitterness and a good carbonation. Not much from the malts there though but overall an excellent hop-forward IPA.

Pours golden with a nice fluffy white cloudy head. Excellent retention and lively carbonation. Nice nose but very sharp, hops overpower any subtlety that may be present. This brew is overly bitter with no balance.
Went in with high expectations and was left bitterly disappointed.

Had on draft at Hen of the Wood Burlington.
A wonderful IPA with lots of tropical notes. Mouth feel was a bit thick, but quite enjoyable.
The hop profile was surprising, a bit of bitterness, finished the experience.
The overall IPA was delightful. We sat with the brewers who, were excellent help in the workings of the beer.
Cheers all

Nice IPA. Soft fruits, perfumey taste. Fairly bitter. Low carbonation. Bitterness is a bit much.
