Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color weizen with a nice large pure white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with light banana ester and some dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of wheat malt and banana ester with a dry hoppy finish with some citrusy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable beer with nice balance between wheat malt profile and hops flavours.

Pretty tasty hoppy hefe had on tap at the brewery. It is a cloudy wheat color with a skiff of head and an aromatic hop presence. The aroma is pretty dry and slightly citrusy, while the taste is fruitier with a mellow body and some malt/wheat in the background. It drinks well with an almost-sharp bitterness that quickly gets out of the way. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, slightly herbal finish. Nice beer, I would have it again if I saw it.
