Excellent lattice for lace. Moderate head. Straw to gold color with a bit of a haze.
Very good blend of pale to crystal malt and floral hop to the nose.
Quite bitter, much more American than British. The malt is nearly gone within a second. The hop is straight up bitter, maybe a bit peppery. Long bitter aftertaste. Rich body and high carbonation.
