A:
Pours a hazy white-peach/chamomile tea color with a huge, fluffy beige whipped cream head that settles to a couple fingers. Excellent retention; lots of sticky, gloppy Belgian-looking lace. (4.75)
S:
Bright, funky/tart green grapes and light citrus; light mint/green intermingled with fruity sweetness celery leaves and herbs. (4.25)
T:
Dry, even bitterness with a light fruity shimmer in the background of the finish. (4)
M:
Light-medium bodied with soft carbonation and a lingering bitter aftertaste. (4)
O:
Very good experimental IPA with Rakau and Nelson Sauvin hops.
It pours as luscious and beautiful as any of their beers with a strange (read: different) color. The smell is the highpoint as far as the hop character goes with lots of sweetness and light grape/peach tartness coming through. The flavor is a dusty, dry, slightly medicinal wave with a little supporting bright green fruitiness (I am guessing this is the Nelson Sauvin). She drinks fine and is generally enjoyable. As with the others in this series, I think the best part is getting access to try simple, new hop combinations. Just cause this isn't trying to be the best IPA in the world doesn't mean it isn't a good one.
Would have again; among my favorites that they have done in the Cyclope series. (4.25)

Light blonde in color with lots of carbonation and a huge white head. Fruity hops aromas, I get mostly orange, then strawberry, grapefruit and citrus. In the mouth I taste mostly oranges and bananas. Nice bitterness, but I think it's not as good as the other Cyclope IPA I've tasted.
