Wierd funky. Rather extreme bretty character and funk, not so good for me. Tea and then hops. Some colour to a medium yellow. Thanks Bram. So-so drinkability, I am glad this is a share. i would not cook with this.

(bottled on 21 january 2016, drank on june 3rd, let's see if it feels old)
Cloudy light golden in color with a small white that disappear quickly to let place to a thin head.
Amazing smell! You mostly smell the bretts but there's also some hop aromas. A little bit of wine aromas too but it's subtle.
Pretty good in the mouth also, not a lot of hop character but that is probably due to the fact that it's more than 5 months old. Nice use of bretts though and the light wine flavors bring a little acidity with also a subtle flavor of earl grey tea. Medium bitterness.
A little bit thin on the tongue, I would have preferred more carbonation.
Overall I think I prefered this one to the already pretty good standard version, but I would love to try it fresh.
