750 mL bottle. Hazy pale orange with a big white head. Smells of earthy brett, light citrus, doughy malts. Tastes of sweet pale malt, immediately cut by earthy brett. Citrus. Tastes like it's dry hopped, but the brett dominates most of the flavor. Spicy finish. Medium body with medium high carbonation. Nice combination of flavors. Perhaps a bit too bretty, but still very good.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey/yellow color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with rustic malt and subtle oak notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of green apple tart notes with some oak flavours and rustic malt notes with a light Brett finish. Body is full with good carbonation. I loved the fact that this beer is quite complex but also leaves lots of room to drinkability.
