Poors a hazy golden/straw liquid with at least 2 inches if thick white foam. Aromas of citrus (lemon, lime) with yeast spicyness and sime hop character. The taste is of pineapples, ripe mango, green grapes, with somewhat of an alcohol warmth at the end of the sip. I can also taste some peaches and pepper. Good carbonation and a lot of mouthfeel. A thirst quencher!

Hazy dark straw color with low activity. Foamy and frothy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of pineapples, tangerines, mangos, lemon, brett yeast, sweet grains, cheese, and floral hops. Slick and smooth medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, tropical and flowery, with wild yeast and slightly leafy. IPA cross Saison. High freshness and complexity, very well intensified and pleasant to drink. Overall excellent quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a huge white size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some dry and citrusy hops notes is quite enticing and refreshing. Taste is a mix nice huge hoppy notes of citrus and dry hops leaf with light residual sugar notes and a balanced tart finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid mix of flavours with nice mix of delicate complexities.

A:
Pours a hazy straw with a luscious, obese monster of a head. Great retention; doily lacing. (4.5)
S:
Bright Guava and grapefruit aromas from two feet away. As it warms, minty, earthy and barnyard aromas start to asset themselves more, still mainly fruity. (4.25)
T:
Grapefruit and phenols with a funk and round toasty malt propping each up. (4)
M:
Light, dry body with crisp carbonation and a dry/funky finish. (4.25)
O:
Really tasty take on an IPA with wild yeast.
A beauty in the glass, first and foremost. Fruity and rustic and almost minty layers of hops and yeast with a nice round crackery finish. It is definitely a thirst quencher, as the name implies and was just nice. Different enough to be near and new. Solid enough to be a good IPA. Quirky enough to give all that a nice twist.
Very good. (4.25)

First the name is just perfect!
Hazy orange liquid comes out of the neck, with a nice looking white foam on top, that will disappears to only a ring.
Nose is almost earthy farmhouse alike, lots of fruitiness coming into the nostrils as well, grapefruit, citrus, a bit piny.
Taste is grassy while fruity, citrus, grapefruit bitterness, dry mouth, you can guess wild Brett were here and ate everything, it is funky and a bit earthy.
A very enjoyable brew. A funky earthy IPA!

1L howler from Sherbrooke Liquor store (some of us don't review growler station samples, just sayin'). The name is a gentle poke at American brewers who use French in the names of their beers, shall we say, inelegantly. A wild hoppy IPA.
This beer pours a hazy, pale golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and fizzy bone-white head, which leaves some Shinto shrine lace around the glass as it quickly dissipates.
It smells of grainy and crackery pale malt, orange and white grapefruit citrus peel, a minor musty and peppery yeastiness, and some zingy leafy, dank, and floral green hop bitters. The taste is gritty and grainy pale malt, rainbow peppercorns, earthy yeast, an ethereal gym shoe funkiness, muddled tropical fruit, a touch of wet chalkiness, and more testy weedy, grassy, and dank verdant hoppiness.
The carbonation is adequate in its palate lifting and separating frothiness, the body a decent medium weight, and mostly smooth, just a hint of yeast astringency lowering the local property values, as such. It finishes trending dry, the yeast, spice, and crackery malt all abiding.
Overall, I gotta say that this is indeed a superb 'quench du soif' (or 'étancher the thirst', if you will), with the 'wild' yeast (I'm guessing M. Brett) keeping it on the down low. More American than Belgian (with a well-hidden 14-proof wowee sauce quotient), which to this observer, in this situation, is always a good thing.
