341ml bottle sent to me by mattt as part of CanBIF3. Poured into a pilsner glass.
Pours a medium-light yellow colouring, much deeper than a lot of light lagers I've seen. 1/2 inch head that recedes fairly quickly. An early eruption of carbonation quickly settles down into a lazy fizz.Aroma is a bit sweet, fairly malty. A slight nuttiness and some apples, flowers, and some mown grass. I'm already impressed, since I can actually smell something.
Taste is pretty green, like a granny smith, there's a little bit of apple tartness to it. A little bit of nuttiness as well, grass, hay, and some earthiness as well. Carbonation is quite high, medium-dry in the finish. Surprisingly enough, it dosen't really feel that light-bodied, but it's still chuggable. If someone poured this for me blind, there's no way that I would have guessed that this was a Light Lager. I'm giving it high scores for being miles ahead of the competition, kudos to this small Quebec brewery for making something with flavourful and drinkable.

Nice lager beer from Brasseurs et frères from Dunham Quebec, solid light golden yellow, good head dissipates leaving a slight lace, aroma hints towards an all malt lager, a little noble hops in the nose, tastes like a fresh pils, very nice balanced hop bitterness, light carbonation lends well to the mouthfeel.
Good light lager, lots of flavor. Could teach bigger brewers what a 4% abv lager should taste like.
