Canned 11/25/19
Pours a large foamy frothy almost 2 finger head with great retention, lots of soapy lacing, mostly clear golden blond color
Nose plenty of grainy-sweet pilsner malts, grainy bready cereal, with some floral fruity fresh hops, a touch grassy, clean lager
Taste brings crisp pilsner and clean lager up front, more grainy-sweet pilsner malts, grainy cereal with a little dough, hops bring more grassy floral notes with a little fruity spicy late, med bitterness up front then the crisp bitterness on the finish brings it to med-high, crisp lager finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft smooth lager, med carb, crisp
Overall solid lager, well lagered, crisp clean, nice hop presence of a good German pilsner including the crisp bitterness on the finish, enjoyable

From a 473ml can, dated 11/26/18. Served in an IPA glass.
Pours crystal-clear straw-yellow with super-active swarms of fine carbonation and a finger-plus of soft, fluffy white head. Retention is very good, leaving a lathery cap and a solid curtain of thick, foamy lacing.
A fairly faint, malty nose of damp cereal and apple peels.
Grainy malt dominates at the start with white bread toast, bran flake cereal and a distinct apple juice character, but then a subtle, grassy, pine needley bitterness creeps up and coats my tongue over the course of the glass.
Feel is crisp and zesty, medium-light bodied with bright, tingly carbonation.
Overall, a fine, refreshing beverage. It would have been even better had it been 60° warmer and I was sitting on the patio.
