A berliner weisse brewed with some rye, and then aged for a couple of weeks in barrels with fruit dragon (Pitayas). Fresh, sour, bright fruity aromas with a pink hue, it's a highly drinakble offering.

Appearance: Arrives a darkened shade of pink with the head leaving a few squiggles of lace behind
Smell: The dragon fruit used here reveals itself somewhat like the marriage of watermelon and raspberry
Taste: The watermelon/raspberry fruit combination starts with subtle sweetness and builds in tartness through the middle; the finish, however, is relatively dry
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: Distinctive of Dunham to choose a relatively exotic fruit with which to build a refreshing Berliner
