The color is caramel and it is veiled with lots of carbonation. No head, however I might have done something wrong during the pouring... :)
The aroma is light. Get some fruits with sugar. Some caramel notes. It is sweet and inviting. On the taste side, I notice some caramel with some burnt with fruits.
Full body. Taste nicely and the mouthfeel is good. A good beer.

Had this with my supper which was shrimp ravioli.
Poured from a 341ml. bottle.
Appearance: A hazy body which is light maple syrup in color with a one finger head that doesn't last long and leaves no lacing.
Smell: Yeasty a bit with fruit-like tones and some light banana. Develops a kind of tart apple like aroma not unlike wine as it warms.
Taste: Bananas and some spiciness (cloves?) and ends with the same green apples. As it warms, the wine-like character really comes out and ends on a sweet note.
Mouthfeel: Carbonation is high and the body is good at first but kind of trails off not long after. Gets better as it nears room temperature but certainly not equivalent to a Belgian. Has a dry finish and a bit acidic.
Drinkability: Not bad but the wine-like aspect is not what i was looking for so not sure i'll try it again.
Overall: It got better as it warmed and i ended up getting used to the dry, white wine flavors. Still, it doesn't quite live up to Belgian ale standards.
