It's a cloudy unfiltered Pale Ale. The malty citrus smell is excellent and noticeable. The mouthfeel is also enjoyable with the quality of water, as the name of the beer states. It's not as strong as a double IPA as you would expect for a regular Pale Ale, but it's a quaffable light citrus experience that doesn't veer heavily into grapefruit territory. It's balanced between orange and grapefruit. There's a slight bitterness that is not overbearing. Excellent New World Pale Ale.
