Poured in a spiegelau beer tasting glass
A brand new offering of this beer brewed during last fall, this one is slightly different, as label mentions "brassin 2.0" and is hopped with centennail 100%. Limited edition, 500 bottles produced.
A: Pours a nice amber color, with a thick white foam head, which stays in glass forever, almost indestructible....
S: Intense hop characters, really seductive, with floral, and citrus perfumes. Spices, damn, this smells good and fresh.
T: Really well balanced, and nicely done, with lots of hops character, and a nice spicy malt intensity, but the finish is pretty dry. I love it.
O: Seemed better to me than the regular version of this beer. A bit pricey at 8$ for 500ml, but totally my style of ale, in a west coast IPA style. Love it... I really enjoy Dunham products. The merchandising is good, and beers are well made. congrats!
