On-tap at Vices & Versa, Montreal. 12oz tulip glass.
A - Pours a deep golden color with a 1-finger, white head leaving a good lacing on the glass.
S - Aroma of apple, moderate fresh hops and wooden notes. Slightly sweet but a bit acidic at the same time.
T - Very fruity taste. Malty upfront with wooden notes. Apple, juicy grape, some herbal hops. Good malty backbone with notes of caramel.
M - Lively carbonation, spot-on. Medium to full body. Semi-sweet. Some acidic/sour notes along a medium bitterness give a refreshing feeling at the end.
O - Excellent drinkability. Delicious, balanced and complex. Another hit from Dunham!
