For a Pilsner it's a really nice looking beer, straw color with lots of carbonation but the head it a little too big, like 1 inch too much with a really really good retention.
In the nose it's not really intense, maybe there's still too much head. But otherwise a good aroma of hops, especially for a Pils and of course notes of cereals.
Really good in the mouth, really nice use of the hops, light bitterness but with an awesome tropical flavor on top of the cereals.
Really nice carbonation on the tongue. I really liked this beer, doesn't taste much like a traditional Pils but still pretty good.

Serving: Bottle
A:
Pours a clearish, pee-like yellow-green with a soapy white head of one finger that drops to a fine film. Stringy lacing. (3.75)
S:
Stanky bread. Sourdough, grass clippings, pale malt odors, cereal, oats. (3.75)
T:
Slightly herbal and grassy. Doughy backbone with some herbs, Euro hops, cereal, hay. (3.5)
M:
Crisp enough, but a little muddled tasting (if that makes sense), tiny medium carbonation, slow herb finish. (3.5)
O:
Solid take on a pils.
Pours nice enough with a generally doughy character throughout. Nice flavors at the fore-front but it is not quite as crisp, defined and clean as really great beers in this style can be. Still, a good beer. Might be a good beer to give your buddies who just drink Labatt or Budweiser. Would I have it again? Absolutely. Would I go out of my way to track it down? Meh. Worth a try, regardless. (3.5)

Bottle: Poured a clear bright golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of grainy cereal notes with light dry hoppy notes. Taste is also dominated by grainy cereal notes with some dry hoppy notes with very subtle vegetable notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Not bad overall though subtle notes of vegetables are not the best. Also, I would have liked the hops to be crank-up by a notch but then again this would end up being off-style.
