Bottle from Rapido in Gatineau. From notes.

A - Hazy golden pour with good carbonation and a two finger fluffy white head. Great lace rings and a full finger of retention. Great lookin' pils.

S - Nice hops. Grain, honey, apple, nice stuff. Good grassy hops.

T - Noble hops present with grass and grain. Pear, apple, floral, sweet grain.

M - Good carbonation, medium to full body, decent crisp bitterness.

O/D - I liked this one. A good pils is my greatest weakness, and this was well executed. Good hops and a decent malt balance made for a well crafted and very drinkable pils. Good stuff.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Pilsner glass.

Pours a light straw, clear color with a 3-4 fingers of big, creamy head, long lasting, and leaves behind mountains of lace. A nice hop bouquet, herbal and floral which follow through on the palate but are balanced with a nice sweet malt backbone (bread and busquits). The mouthfeel is round and full with lots of carbonation which still keeps it light. This is a well done pilsner, great hops and very refreshing.

Bottle: Poured hazy light beige color ale with a good foamy head with average retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of dry hoppy notes with some floral undertones and light sweet malt backbone. Taste is also dominated by a sweet malt backbone with some nice dry hoppy notes with light floral and hay undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Interesting and glad somebody is brewing some hoppy pils once in a while.

Had at Dunham's 2nd anniversary last Saturday.

Ironic that after leaving Dunham, there WAS wet snow on this spring day.
.
Has a hazy, dark lemonade color. Lots of herbs and some hops in aroma. More aggressive in flavor as the hops assert themselves and some mineral bitterness is there as well. Tropical fruit is also present. Refreshing and very well done.
