Faintly hazy, honey amber body; thick, sculpted head, dense and creamy; sticky rings of foam inside the glass. Strong pine and floral hop aroma with a light undercurrent of sweet caramel. Fine fruity and spicy flavors; some pear and peach; mild notes of pine sap; excellent balance of hop bitterness. Medium body; crisp and mildly prickly on the palate; semi-dry finish overall.
Unknown date for this bottle, but whatever its age, it comes across clean and crisp. It delivers well-balanced flavors with a decent complexity. Not bad for a brewer who doesn't care for IPAs...

Pours a cloudy copper color. 5/4 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of resin, pine, citrus hops, earthiness, and alcohol. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of resin, pine, citrus hops, earthiness, and alcohol. Overall, average at best, decent blend, too carbonated, and the body and aroma are dominated by pale malt, and earthiness.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy copper gold with a small creamy white head that goes to a thin film that leaves little lacing.
The aroma is sweet bready malt with tropical fruit and some soapy notes.
The flavor is sweet biscuit malt with some candy fruit and a grassy bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a pretty average IPA, more on the malty and sugary fruit side.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of roasted malt and caramel. Very malty and sweet. Mild bitterness.
