This was a dryhopped special edition IPA that was not on the menu but served to me by a kind server at Brouwers Cafe in Seattle back in August. Reviewed from notes. A last brew from the former brewer at the Rogue Issaquah brewhouse. Pours a dark golden with a slightly offwhite head. Smell is of light grapefruit and mint. The taste is meaty and somewhat salty. The mouthfeel is quite light and a little flat. This beer is unusual, but not much of a package. I expected more hops from a dryhopped ipa.
