Another sweet, malty concoction. It's like berry jam on toast. Or maybe IHop boysenberry syrup on barley pancakes. It's strange, and I'd like to say interesting, but it needs a chaser of strong coffee.
Somewhat bitter finish. Quite a decent flowery scent. Attractive coppery color in the pint nonic with some foam that at least leave a few nice wisps as you sip. On tap at the brewery restaurant.

This beer probably has a name, but the servers where I had it didn't know and the info wasn't on the brewery's website. If you know it, please add it.
Served in 10oz goblet. Poured a clean, clear, medium brown color with about 1/2 inch of off-white head that had OK retention and lacing. The aroma had a nice bit of grain, some sweet maltiness, and a hint of spice.
The flavors were good, and pretty typical for the style. Good maltiness that was a bit on the sweet side, some grain, a bit of gentle hops and just a trace of yeasty spice.
The body was smooth and even, about average for the style. Drinkability was pretty good, but then I generally find Bocks to be highly drinkable. Overall, a pretty solid beer that's worth trying if you see it.
